Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms govern your use of https://phiilabs.com(the “site”), operated by PHII LABS (FZC) (“PHII Labs”, “we”, “us”), licensed by Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP) Free Zone, Licence No. 11340, registered at Block B, B57-006, Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, Sharjah, UAE. By using the site you accept these terms. For personal data, see our Privacy Notice.
What this site is
This is an informational site about our services — AI agents, automation systems, and AI products for businesses. Nothing on it is a binding offer, quotation, or professional advice. Case studies describe outcomes for specific clients and projects; results vary, and figures are illustrative of those engagements, not a guarantee for yours
Engagements and contracts
Any work we do together is governed by a separate written agreement — proposal, statement of work, or services contract — not by these website terms. Requests sent through the site or by email are inquiries, not orders; we are not obliged to accept them
Intellectual property
The site's content — text, design, code, images — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by UAE copyright law (Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021) and applicable treaties. Case studies may mention client names, marks and products that belong to those clients; they are shown to describe our work, not to claim rights over them. You may view and share links to our pages; you may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse our content without written permission
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping at disruptive volume, no attempts to breach security or access non-public systems, no unlawful use, and no use that infringes UAE law — including cyber crime, media content, and consumer protection rules
Third-party links
The site links to external sites and products (client sites, Telegram bots, app stores). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from the site are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of laws. Courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means acceptance
