allrealestate: private client collections for Dubai brokers
Dubai brokers sell through WhatsApp: twenty photos and a price, no structure, no tracking. PHII Labs built a platform where a broker curates properties and shares them with a client through one private link
Context
A broker shows a property by sending a stream of photos into a WhatsApp chat. The client scrolls, loses track, and asks again. The broker has no idea whether the client even opened the listings. It looks unprofessional next to competitors, and it gives the broker nothing to follow up on
Problem
- No structure. Listings arrived as loose photos and messages, not as a clear shortlist
- No signal. The broker could not tell whether a client had looked at the options
- No professional face. Solo brokers and small agencies had no tool that looked better than a chat thread
What was built
- Broker workspace. The broker adds a property by picking the building from an official catalog, uploading photos and floor plans, and setting price and specs. Everything lives in one structured place
- Private client collections. The broker assembles a shortlist for a specific client and sends a single link. The client sees only what the broker picked — no one else's inventory, no global search
- One action for the client. The only call to action on the page is "Discuss this property", which opens WhatsApp with the broker
- Subscriptions. A free tier for 5 properties, paid tiers for 50 and more. Payments, invoices and plan changes are automated
- SEO site. A multi-page site with guides for brokers and Dubai area pages that brings in organic traffic
Results
- Brokers get a professional tool instead of a photo dump in WhatsApp
- Clients see a curated shortlist from their broker, not an endless feed
- The platform earns through subscriptions from day one; at 500 brokers on a paid plan the revenue potential is around $5,000 a month
Takeaway
Brokers did not need another portal. They needed their existing WhatsApp habit to look professional and give them a reason to follow up. Keeping the client page to a single action — talk to the broker — is what makes it fit the way Dubai real estate actually sells
